My Personal Xfinity Experience:

I’ve been dealing with Xfinity for three years trying to get my billing fixed, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Every time I talk to someone, I get different answers, nothing ever gets solved, and they even tried to reverse my autopay after I’d already paid. I’ve felt ignored, frustrated, and like they just don’t care about me at all. I’m doing this petition because I want them to finally treat people fairly instead of treating us like numbers.

 


I’m a disabled individual, and being manipulated like this is really bad for my mental health. I even tried telling a representative once, and they just kept doing the same stuff—they didn’t even acknowledge what I said, like they never listened to me.
