The DNC time and time again file frivolous lawsuits against 3rd party candidates and independents to block ballot access in many states. Many of these suits, they lose, but it still ends up foiling ballot access for the victim. Part of the strategy is to wrap up campaign funds in litigation to stifle these candidates from running a successful campaign. Not only is this clearly undemocratic, but it cheats the American people from having a fair shake at running for office and having more choices at the voting booth.

These actions should be called for what it really is, and that is election interference.
