Hold Studio PAV accountable for false marketing

Hold Studio PAV accountable for false marketing
The Issue
Studio PAV has let fans bring their own albums to fansigns for years, at a cost of more than $150. This has been a long-standing tradition, allowing fans to have a cherished, personal experience without added financial pressure. However, for the upcoming All(H)ours concert, fans reached out to Studio PAV in advance to check if they could bring their own albums as usual. The response from Studio PAV was misleading; their emails indicated that albums could indeed be signed, but crucially omitted which albums were eligible.
In a sudden and disingenuous move after ticket sales had been finalized, Studio PAV announced via social media that fans would be required to purchase two albums from their own store at an additional cost of $55 to have an album signed. This abrupt change in policy not only blindsides devoted attendees but also places them in an unfair financial dilemma.
Such deceptive marketing practices undermine the trust and loyalty that loyal fans have placed in Studio PAV over the years. It is a betrayal of fan expectations and dampens the experience many look forward to. What was once a reasonable request now turns into a manipulative tactic to squeeze added profit from dedicated fans.
We are calling on Studio PAV to honor their original communications and allow fans to bring their own albums to be signed, as was implied. If they choose not to rectify this, fans should be provided with full refunds for concert tickets, given that the terms under which these were purchased have effectively changed.
Please join us in demanding that Studio PAV adheres to ethical marketing practices and respects their fan base. By signing this petition, you are taking a stand against deceptive business tactics and advocating for transparent communication and fair treatment of consumers. Together, we can ensure that our voices are heard and hold Studio PAV accountable for their actions.
