I already have my case discovery..smh , he's requesting,but ultimately buying time for the state . The attorney name is Michael Machen,the was appointed by the courts , after the attorney I prepaid a total of $4500, to ultimately request a withdrawal from representation due to lack of funds,and my non jury trial was paid for in advance. They took my family's financial situation to unnecessary extremes,and then leave me to travel from NYC,to Pittsburgh PA with health issues at the same time . Now it's postponed again until December 9,2025 and the statue of limitations has exceeded 5 years, this case is dated March 28,2020
