   I am an animal lover, an animal activist  and I am absolutely heartbroken by the horrific actions that have been uncovered at Miranda's Rescue in Humboldt County, California. Shannon Miranda, the founder of this so-called non-profit organization, has been entrusted with thousands of dollars from the public and numerous animal shelters across the United States, for the care and protection of vulnerable animals. However, instead of providing a safe haven, he has betrayed this trust in the most appalling way.

   Evidence has surfaced suggesting that hundreds  of dogs are unaccounted for, with gruesome findings on his property of mass graves containing the remains of countless dogs, including four-month-old puppies with gun shot wounds to their heads, as well as dog s that had been shot multiple times before death. These dogs were meant to be cared for, were adoptable and had been entrusted into the care of Shannon Miranda, Mirandas rescue.  Shannon Miranda reportedly mismanaged funds and misled the public by issuing fake adoption pictures, fictional videos and telling people and shelters that their beloved dogs had found homes when, in truth, they had not. 

   Shannon Miranda has been operating under the guise of a "no-kill, non-profit rescue," yet there have been social media testimonies from former employees, volunteers as well as their families and many other individuals, whom have  bravely come forward, of which reveal a dark history of cruelty and deception. It is  alleged that for more then 30 years, Miranda has been systematically killing dogs, and other animals, and disposing of their bodies in the surrounding areas, such as the Eel River, the property of Miranda's Rescue and allegedly several other locations.  There have been numerous reports to the Humboldt county sheriff's office throughout the years , however those reports and complaints had continued to seemingly be ignored. Help us achieve accountability once and for all and sign this petition..  in addition I'd like to request that : 

     There is a deeper dive into the true intensions of two other individuals who have involved themselves in this case who may not have had genuine intensions and instead gave acted out of bad faith, tainting and misleading many individuals through their online involvement in this case through means if social media . It is to my belief that these two moderators have had personal vendettas against Shannon Miranda for years , and as I am in no way shape or form standing behind Shannon Miranda and the choices that he may have made himself,  both of these individuals need to be thoroughly examined in their involvement throughout this case. They may have had more of an interest in harming other individuals rather than their best interest being involved in the truth behind this case and personally have been out to obtain self promotion as well as financial gain. Therefore I ask that you take a deep dive into these moderators , and uncover their true intensions through the pages that they run in the Shannon Miranda case with mirandas rescue. There are a few concerning red flags  that have come to my attention. First of all I would like to address the harassment that continues to pulsate from these two moderators , one being Jenna Moore and the second being Marianna mullins. Both of these individuals have not only harassed many individuals in this case ,  but also have been involved in allegedly unlawful manners throughout this case. ... They have spread rumors all over social media in this case through fictional profiles pretending to be different people with past or present  affiliation or past involvement with the rescue. They both then have sat back and quietly watched while these rumors were pushed around by everyone else..I have reason to believe these acts have prolonged this investigation , and cost additional unnecessary time , and also put the lives of innocent individuals in the path of harm.. I think it is important to know that not all of the rumors besides the facts that have been proven are true and these individuals possibly may have misled many people into believing the lies they have told directly affecting the lives of multiple extended family members of the Miranda family . What has continued to stay the same is the fact that yes there needs to be accountability in this situation however I suggest a deeper dive into these two individuals and there online actions through unfair claims and the spreading of mis - information , for the simple fact it is to my belief and the belief of many others that these two moderators through their social media posts and rumors have affected this case on many different levels.. they are behind the social media pages " "where are the dogs sent to Mirandas rescue " and " The truth behind the lies" " whistle blower 2013"  they are among other  fellow moderators who have genuine interests within this case , seeking to find truth and the accountability that comes with the truth proven in a court of law..   Jenna Moore and Marianna Mullins are two individuals that have more so poisoned this case in my opinion and have rather misguided the case and people rather than helped assist in this case. These moderators have given out personal information , and  private health information as a means to belittle individuals or cause direct personal harm to another individual .  Jenna Moore , one moderator has changed her name multiple times as well as the names of her rescue and just recently I learned that she is allegedly being investigated for fraud through her assisted living business and may not possibly be providing the correct amount of hours of which she documents and receives payment for.. this could also be in the form of claims on behalf of her employees.. she also is allegedly guilty of a conflict of interest within this case after word spread of her alledged involvement with the HCSO as means of sexual relations..we are only asking that these situations be investigated so we can learn the full true scope of these individuals intensions, misleading acts , and untrue social media postings due to their involvement in this case . These individuals have displayed a multitude of defamation of character as well as releasing individuals personal information and health information and asking donors to request refunds that have been raised by a campaign, while calling the campaign fraudulent. I  believe these two individuals are responsible for targeting people through personal vendettas within this case  while lying and claiming to help those same individuals and offering to help post people's animals on an online adoption site , then using those very animals as a way to obtain city contracts that used to belong to Shannon..   well as I think this needs to be looked into through their online social media posts where you will find the majority of this through social media postings .. I have witnessed multiple situations where these two individuals give out personal information including personal health information that is not their business to release to thousands of people and which can truly affect the individuals life's, I have also witnessed veil and crude remarks and basic death threats towards individuals where they pretend to be another individual and then agree with the individuals crude and veil remarks as a way to stay out of trouble. I believe these fake accounts on social media could possibly trace back to clients allegedly of Jenna moore's assisted living clients who are disabled or elderly individuals. I am asking this for the simple fact that I would like to know the truth personally as it is unfair for anyone to be personally targeted, and I believe if found guilty for any of these unlawful acts that they also be held accountable for their actions through jail time , community service and mental health treatment as well as trained professionals in the family counseling field..

 ✓     ** WE ARE REQUESTING A THOROUGH AND COMPLETE INVESTIGATION ONE OF WHICH INCLUDES THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, FBI, DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND ANY ADDITIONAL INVESTIGATIVE TEAMS AS DEEMED NECESSARY.

 

** If the rescue is to be shut down we request that the remaining animals at the rescue be relinquished to appropriate rescues and are not in any manner euthanized, and that immediately transparency is provided pertaining to the number of dogs and scars that are left at the rescue. 

* * we ask for full transparency and updates in the this ongoing case into Mirandas rescue from the HCSO...

✓* That Shannon Miranda is immediately unable to use or possess all or any firearms and ammunition.

✓** The immediate seizure of any and all assets belonging to shannon miranda and all affiliates and family members whom pulled salaries from the rescue until it is proven that those assets were not obtained with money earned in a fraudulent or unlawful manner.  

   ✓ **That both Shannons Miranda's Rescue's IRS and charity  501.(C)(3) Non profit and tax exempt status be terminated, revoked and never again obtainable in all 50 states in the USA. 

****That Shannon Miranda be held fully accountable for his actions, as well as any other individual that helped assist Shannon Miranda in any activities related to harming, or euthanizing any animals .. 

****Complete IRS review for all the past ten years of operation at Miranda's rescue. 

✓ ** Revoke conditional use permit , per land use due to failure to install underground sewage sanitation system on the premises of the animal rescue , and permit issued under false pretenses per size measurements of animal enclosures .

**** We are asking that the reasons behind Jenna moore's rescues name changes and the changes to her own personal name become traspaent.. 

**** We are asking for full accountability on these two individuals actions that they are held fully accountable. 

**"* That Marianna Mullins be completely investigated within this situation and full transparency of her involvement in this case is made possible.. and that her green card status quickly be revoked if proven that she is in any way shape or form is responsible for the actions of others not and prolonged time in this case . 

**** We are asking a for an investigation into the moderators Facebook pages, both personal and business pages of the two mentioned above, their Facebook pages , That their true intensions be released to the public regarding their true motives that have been found by authorities through investigation. and if any ill intensions or intentions with the intent of harm, to an individual or brought upon an individual that that either of these  individuals have been found guilty of putting into action, on a false foundation or unknowingly being untruthful about any other individual in this case that they are held fully accountable and receive the appropriate sentencing without any favoritism and to the fullest extent of the law. 

Please join our fight in the Miranda's rescue case and help bring justice for these animals whose lives were taken all too soon. These animals deserves a chance, Shannon was paid and promised one and that chance never came . Please sign this petition today and join our fight for justice....
