I am an animal lover and I am heartbroken by the horrific actions that have been uncovered at Miranda's Rescue in Humboldt County, California. Shannon Miranda, the founder of this so-called non-profit organization, has been entrusted with thousands of dollars from the public and numerous animal shelters across California for the care and protection of vulnerable animals. However, instead of providing a safe haven, he has betrayed this trust in the most appalling way.

Evidence has surfaced suggesting that thousands of dogs are unaccounted for, with gruesome findings on his property of mass graves containing the remains of countless dogs, including four-month-old puppies with gun shot wounds to their heads . These dogs were meant to be cared for, and were adoptable and entrusted in trusted into the care of Shannon Miranda. Shannon Miranda reportedly mismanaged funds and misled the public by issuing fake adoption pictures, telling people and shelters that their beloved dogs had found homes when, in truth, they had not.  

Shannon Miranda has been operating under the guise of a "no-kill, non-profit rescue," yet there have been social media testimonies from former employees as well as their families and so many other individuals from shelter transfers to private surrenders who have  bravely come forward , which reveal a dark history of cruelty and deception. It is  alleged that for more then 28 years, Miranda has been systematically killing dogs, and other animals, and disposing of their bodies in the surrounding areas, such as the Eel River, as well as on the property of of Miranda's Rescue and reported other properties. There have been numerous reports throughout the years of similar allegations however those allegations continued to be dismissed. It is alleged that shannon miranda has internal ties within the HCSO, which explains why Mr. Miranda still to date has received no penalties or fines for non compliance operating with a permit out of date for twenty years.  Mr. Mirandas statements appear to corralate with one another on numerous occasions as well for his reasoning for putting dogs down aka shooting them ..as reports have said from multiple sources it is alleged multiple vetrinarians cut ties with Miranda after he had been bringing them large numbers of what seemed to be otherwise healthy animals and requesting to that they be euthanized. many dogs that were not originally aggressive ironically have the same pattern of claims related to aggression  and animals that have been adopted from Miranda's with claims of aggressiveness have been reported to date to have no aggression. 

        I URGE YOU TO JOIN ME IN DEMANDING A THOROUGH AND COMPLETE INVESTIGATION INTO MIRANDAS RESCUE.  IT IS CRITICAL THAT WE SHINE LIGHT ON THESE HORRIFIC PRACTICES AND IF FOUND GUILTY; HOLD THOSE RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. TOGETHER WE CAN ADVOCATE FOR JUSTICE FOR THESE INNOCENT ANIMALS AND RESTORE INTEGRITY TO ANIMAL RESCUE OPERATIONS. 

    WE THE CITIZENS OF THE  UNITED  STATES  HAVE JOINED TOGETHER REGARDING A SITUATION THAT HAS LEFT US DEEPLY DISTURBED & CONCERNED ABOUT THE WELFARE OF ANIMALS. MANY OF US HAVE BEEN LIED TO AND THE ANIMALS WE DEDICATED OUR LIVES TO DESTROYED. WE ARE ALL DEEPLY HURT , WE NEED ANSWERS AND WE NEED ACCOUNTABILITY. 

TODAY WE CALL UPON OUR "CALIFORNIA- STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL  WITH THE "DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE  "ROB BONTA" AND OUR UNITED STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL  "TODD BLANCHE" . - To assist us in the actions we have documented below, and assure fair justice...

 WE THE PEOPLE WILL ADDITIONALLY -((IF NEEDED))- REQUEST THE ASSISTANCE OF THE  HEAD DIRECTOR AND LEADER IN ALL FEDERAL INVESTIGATIONS  " ( KASH PATEL) " TO:  PROVIDE  ANY CRITICAL INFORMATION MISSING COMPONENTS TO OR FOR THE INVESTIGATION/ LAUNCH INVESTIGATION . " ((IF NEEDED)..

** THAT ALL PERSON/PERSONS  FOUND GUILTY OF A CRIME OR AFFILIATED WITH A CRIME ,BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE .

**ANYONE WHO HAD KNOWLEDGE OF A CRIME , FAILED TO PREVENT OR TAKE ACTION  TO PREVENT A CRIME, BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE THE SAME AS IF THEY HAD COMMITED THE CRIME . 

** THAT IF FOUND GUILTY OF ANY CRIME WE REQUEST THAT THE NON -PROFIT LICENSE HELD BY SHANNON MIRANDA, (WHICH IS  REQUIRED TO OPERATE A NON -PROFIT FACILITY ) BE AUTOMATICALLY REVOKED IN EVERY UNITED STATE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ;  AND BECOME PERMANENTLY UNABLE TO OBTAIN IN THE FUTURE. 

**  THAT SPECIAL TREATMENT OR IMMUNITY EXISTS FOR NO ONE INVOLVED IN THE INVESTIGATION. 

"'THAT WE ARE ALLOWED THE POSSIBILITY"' TO HEAL, THROUGH HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY OF RECEIVING THE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS THAT LAY BURDEN ON OUR MINDS , BY ECAVATING THE PROPERTY OF MIRANDAS RESCUE AS WELL AS ANY AFFILIATED PERSONS.
