As a resident of Tacoma, WA, I've been dealing with multiple homeless RVs on my block who continue to disrespect our community. They urinate in yards, defecate in our alleyway and expose themselves to my children. This is not only unacceptable but also illegal.

Tacoma has seen a significant increase in homelessness over the past few years. According to the Point-in-Time Count conducted by Pierce County in 2020, there was a 6% increase from the previous year's count of homeless individuals (Pierce County Human Services). Alongside this issue is the rampant drug use and dealing that often accompanies homelessness.

It's time for local authorities to take action against these unlawful activities. We demand stricter enforcement of laws concerning public indecency and drug-related offenses within our community. We also call for more comprehensive solutions to address homelessness such as increased funding for shelters and rehabilitation programs.
