tldr: I ordered shoes on flatheads, it has been 2 months, and I havent received my shoes, so I want my money back. You too? Sign the petition.

Like many others like me, I came across flatheads on Shark Tank, and ordered my self a pair of shoes from their website. However, it has been more than two months, and I still haven't received my shoes. I tried reaching out to them, but to no avail, got the standard "we are sorry, we cant give you a refund, but we also dont know when you'll get your shoes" from them. After a while I tried to report this issue on the the consumer forum, but was SHOCKED when my issue was marked as resolved within two days, with no information on if whether any action was taken from the consumer forum or not. At that moment I felt so helpless; with no one to help us we are always at the mercy of these so called "Brands" cause there ain't no point to JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO if this is the response we get to our issues.

 Anyways, I want my money back, and I hope you do too; please sign this petition so that we can atleast speard some awareness and stop people from making such expenditures.
