I just lost my 15 yr old beautiful,  bright, bubbly , compassionate daughter Olivia Green, Easter morning to a Fentanyl   induced HOMICIDE...She was influenced by an adult to do something bad and lost her life forever because of it...2 people are responsible for her death but they are both free....Drug dealers are purposely lacing street drugs with Fentanyl to make their drug more powerful to increase their profit off of sales even though they know it is deadly...They are so heartless they will even sell it to children  knowing that child is about to die..Profit means more to them than human life...They will not tell you it's laced though, by the time you find out it will already be too late you'll already be dead...One tiny amount Fentanyl in any laced drug can and most likely will cause death...This is NOT just affecting those suffering drug addiction,  it is now killing children...Thousands of children 12, 13 ,14, 15 , 16 year old children are now dying from Fentanyl laced pills (Percocets, Xanax, Oxys, Adderall etc)..Their first time experimenting with a drug may be the last thing they ever do on this earth....I will never in my life see Olivias beautiful face again...She will never have her Sweet 16 that she looked forward to, she will never go off to College and become the Marine Biologist that she always wanted to be...And she will never have the opportunity to grow up period...Her life is gone forever and Olivia is nothing but a memory  now which breaks my heart every day..Her siblings  lost their sister, my youngest son who is 8 yrs old and has Autism lost his one and only friend in the world and I lost my precious daughter...

Please sign it....Trust me there WILLLLLL be more Olivia's!!!!....This petition helps me in no way, it helps Olivia in no way...She's already  dead...But  there will be thousands and thousands of other families  who will lose their loved one next from Fentanyl poisoning  and your loved one deserves  justice..  There will be more dealers PURPOSELY lacing these street drugs with Fentanyl to get you as high as they can so you can be their repeat customers even though they know it can kill you..Your little $5 is more important to them than your life..There will also be more evil people like the adult that influenced Olivia to do something bad and kept giving her more till she layed down and died in front of him ...NOBODY will be charged in my baby's death...NOBODY ...You want to know why?...Because there is NO LAW that will give her justice, not in my city and not in many other states and cities...There will be more dead children and noone will be held accountable...This was a murder from both the guy who sold it in these streets and the guy who kept giving it to her...One is free to live his life and other one will probably get nothing but a simple drug charge..We need change but it won't come if we don't demand it!! .

All life is precious but when children are also dying from this drug epidemic it hurts and it hurts BAD...I want there to be a Law in NY called "Olivia's Law" to bring justice to young children like Olivia as well as adults who lose their life to these illegal street drugs...Olivia may never get her justice but her story will bring Awareness and hopefully a new law put into place so that justice is served for anyone after her who may tragically lose their life in the same way...Olivia's Law is needed..Justice is needed and accountability is needed..We cannot continue to lose people to this horrible drug and opioid epidemic and not have people held responsible for the death they caused
