In December 2024, I purchased a brand new 2025 model mobile home directly from the Champion Homes factory in Burleson, Texas. From day one, I was faced with a multitude of defects—the kind you would never expect in a new house. Despite these glaring issues, the home passed inspection, questioning the credibility of the entire inspection process. With over 20 pictures documenting the factory defects, it's baffling how this was allowed to pass.

The defects are extensive: everything from poorly constructed cabinets in every room to unlevel showers, and even loose shingles on the roof making it unsafe to live in. I've reached out numerous times to Champion Homes' supervisor, pleading for the repairs that should have been guaranteed under their warranty. In the nine months since my purchase, I have received nothing but inaction, leaving me desperate and incredibly frustrated.

Champion Homes touts a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, promising warranties that cover such defects. Yet, my experience and the experiences of many others highlight a stark breach of these promises. They need to rebuild and rectify major components of my home and honor their warranty obligations. It's crucial that companies like Champion Homes are held accountable for the promises they make and the safety they ensure.
