Hold Apple accountable for unresolved account access issues

Hold Apple accountable for unresolved account access issues

The Issue

For years now as in today in 2025, I have been wrestling with a problem that should be straightforward: accessing my Apple account. Since 2020, I have been locked out of my account due to an unresolvable verification issue, leaving me unable to use my password. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation and multiple communications with Apple's customer service, the issue remains unchanged because I’ve just gave up on it.

Apple claims to prioritize security and user experience, yet cases like mine show a significant gap in their system. The inability to access one's own digital universe—where personal photos, documents, and memories are stored—is not just frustrating, it's exasperating. It feels as if a giant corporation like Apple should be more responsive and helpful in resolving these issues promptly. Also, I’ve been ignoring this stupid verification since they keep shoving it in my face at anytime I do something on my phone like watching videos, playing games and even chatting with my friends online. They even expect me to use a card for my phone even though I was almost through with the damn verification and I’ve been prone to getting frustrated and anxious about it since I’m mildly autistic and I couldn’t do things on my own.

This petition is not only about my personal battle but also about urging Apple to enhance their customer service approach by addressing and resolving issues related to account verification more effectively. Let us encourage Apple to provide transparent, easily navigable support channels that do not leave users in endless loops.

By signing this petition, you help send a strong message to Apple: it's time to prioritize solutions for user accessibility and deliver what they promise—secure and reliable service. Let's stand together to hold Apple accountable and demand better service for all users. Sign this petition to ensure that no one else has to endure what I have for five long years.
