I am a resident of Congress AZ, but travel to Wickenburg, AZ daily. In the past two months alone, I have had to deal with construction debris puncturing my tires due to the debris left unattended on Route 93. This is not just an inconvenience; it's a safety hazard that threatens everyone who uses this road.

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has the responsibility to ensure our roads are safe and free from such hazards. Yet, it seems they have neglected their duty when it comes to maintaining cleanliness and safety during construction projects on Route 93.

This issue goes beyond my personal experience. Many other residents have reported similar incidents, which indicate that this is not an isolated problem but a recurring one. It's time we hold ADOT accountable for the damage caused by their negligence.

We call upon ADOT to take immediate action in ensuring all construction debris is properly cleaned up during and post-construction work on Route 93. We also request that they compensate those who've suffered vehicle damage as a result of this negligence.
