The HOA fees are increasing again at Academy Pointe Condominiums. This time around, they are increasing the fees by 11%. Since 2020, the HOA fees have increased by 86%. 

Owners at Academy Pointe will be affected. Renters will probably be affected as well, because owners will pass on the increased cost to renters.

Given the fact that we don't have any amenities, such as a swimming pool, the HOA fees are excessive. Please sign this petition to send a message to our Board of Directors that we will not tolerate any further arbitrary increases to our HOA fees.
