Good morning Sable Glen Homeowners,

Below is the new petition link to VOTE OUT HOA BOARD MEMBERS. I don’t want homeowners to get discouraged that even after doing petition for reviewing the financial documents we were unable but You all have seen how different things has been done since we started the petition compare to before years.  It means Our petition didn’t go in vain, We cannot give up with one petition, we have to be persistent on HOA raising our voices. In January 2021 we had a rise on our HOA dues without homeowners been notified or approval. On September 8th meeting they mentioned will have raise again on our HOA DUES. It’s time  to VOTE OUT CURRENT HOA BOARD MEMBERS. Please we need to get together to bring this change. We cannot have another HOA dues raise in the mid of Pandemic when still families going through financial crisis. Without homeowners support we cannot bring the change.
