
Good Morning , I apologize due to Pandemic I’m unable to come to Sable Glen homeowners door to door to request. This is completely voluntarily. I’m unable to attach proxy form to vote out Sable Glen Board members on the petition. Please ping me from nextdoor (Padma Manu) or see me in the subdivision, so I can send proxy form. The voting process is completely unfair to homeowners. I don’t know how previous years legal elections met the Quorum but not this year. I asked several times to the Heritage Property management & Association attorney about elections process But no response. None of the numbers in the Income & Revenue statement doesn’t make sense. It’s MISSING rental properties INCOME , each rental property pays $150 additional to master dues , as per in the previous meetings stated it’s 60% rental properties(337*60% is roughly rental income 202*150= $30,300.00). Anyone who feels their HOA dues are overly charged for the services we receiving, the unfair voting process , missing funds, misinformation in meetings & etc….If anyone wants to sign the proxy form please feel free to do so & inbox to me . If you don’t have printer let me know so I can provide hard copy to sign. We need new legally appointed HOA board members who treat our HOA funds & homeowners fairly. It’s in the hands on homeowners how we want our subdivision to be treated & to bring the change in our subdivision. I will be creating a group on nextdoor for future communications.
