Good Morning Sable Glen Homeowners, 
I went to Attorney General office but due to Covid-19 they not taking any clients in office, I did explain what is going on they recommended to file case in the Fulton County court House against Board & File complaint against Association attorney at State Bar. Its so unfortunate that we have to go through this. Until we have elections & new board members the issues will not be resolved. We need more homeowners participation so we resolve this issue. If not we will be robbed year over year in the form of HOA dues. It’s like a HOA scam. There will be no surprise if they raise dues up to 1k without no explanation. Because it should not be this difficult to have meetings, to discuss financial  statements or elections. If we homeowners take an action to have elections so we can replace the board that will resolve majority of the issues. I will be filing the case with Fulton county against Association as recommended by the Attorney General Consumer Protection & also with State bar against Attorney. Association attorney doesn’t care because he is getting paid from our own homeowners funds either board win or lose the case . Board will use our own funds to represent the attorney. We Homeowners will bare all the cost regardless.  So avoid all these I request all homeowners to call board & heritage to conduct the elections to replace board.
