There are many Immigrants who have been working, living and paying taxes in the UK. Unfortunately many immigrants will have on their visa ''no recourse to public funds''. In a more conventional climate this makes sense but given the current ''Black Swan'' event (Covid-19) many Self employed and Employed immigrants have been left stranded without work indefinitely.

There is currently no UK Government financial aid package for people who are stuck in this category. It is not as if Immigrants living here even have the option to travel home to their friends and families in their home countries due to current global lock down. 

What does the Government expect us to do? Become homeless? We have expenses to pay just like every British citizen and have been making our HMRC and NHS contributions every year. It is simply not acceptable that we have been overlooked in this case and there needs to be some immediate action taken from UK Government

Please support this cause as I know there must be thousands in the same situation as me. Even if you are still in work and getting on okay please consider the rest of us that are facing an indefinite life threatening struggle. 

In this unforeseen situation all working immigrants should be entitled to the same financial aid benefits as British citizens.
