It is confirmed no remote attendance for this meeting. Here is their response to my email on the subject.

Mr. Fulton,
Thank you for your message to the Hingham Select Board. The Board plans to meet in person tomorrow evening because it is our only option for the short term until further state action is taken. The Governor’s temporary authorization for municipalities to conduct public meetings 100% remotely expires tomorrow when the COVID-19 state of emergency is lifted. Although the state legislature is considering several bills that would allow public bodies temporarily to continue meeting remotely for several more months, it is unlikely that these options will be in place by tomorrow night.
In addition to fully-remote meetings, our IT team is working diligently to test different technological solutions to facilitate hybrid in-person/Zoom meetings. This remains a work in progress.
In the meantime, we have received numerous comments from residents and non-residents about the proposed harbor regulations over the last several weeks. As always, the Board will take all public feedback into account as we consider the proposed changes. Comments so far have focused on both public safety issues and the need to preserve public enjoyment of our waterways. Your concerns, along with the comments of others, will be shared with the Board.
Best,
Michelle
