For starters it is awesome to see us all coming together to support this petition; thank you all for your support!

There have been some posts and questioning regarding if these new World End plans from the Harbormaster are in response to COVID-19. We can say with 100% certainty that this is not the case, and these proposed mooring plans for World End were being drafted well before. The original posted (not clean) draft of this document is being show to have been created in February. You can see this for yourself in the snap I took of the document properties.
