The Friends and Families of Furlong Close are working together with other groups to fight for the rights of the learning disabled, including their right to CHOOSE to live in residential communities like Furlong Close, many of which are closing their doors across the country as a result of misplaced policy orthodoxy and anomalies in the funding of care provision.

One such community is Ravenswood in Berkshire. Supporters signing their petition are being invited to also support our petition and we ask you please to support theirs:
