TRACKS
26 ก.ย. 2016
Please read Cllr Graham’s email (below) and at the earliest email stuartpole@btinternet.com, telling the committee of your (i) overall reaction (ii) continued objection to this proposed taking place. I remind, the two objectives of TRACKS are: · To prevent the development of Newberries car park as currently proposed and to retain it as a car park, well maintained and improved. · To ensure no development of this site other than with the prior agreement of the majority of Radlett residents. Both are unchanged, as are the wish and intent of your committee to accomplish them. Regards Stuart TRACKS Committee _______________________________________________ Stuart We are very close to finally having a proposal for the development at Newberries Car Park and are now in a position to discuss the proposals with you. I understand you and Will Grimsey have been in discussion with Chris Wilkins at APC and we would like to build on that communication link. David Lambert and I will represent the Borough Council and I hope we can identify a small select group. Can we start to identify a possible date hopefully next week and meet at the APC offices. We are planning a consultation with Radlett residents in early October and would like your input in advance. I can confirm that the operator of the retail unit will be Marks and Spencer. We would like to discuss in our meeting how best to integrate the arrival of M&S and Travelodge with the existing High Street to use this as an opportunity for the whole of Radlett High Street. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Cllr John Graham (22 September)
