We are TRACKS – The Residents Against Newberries Car Park Scheme This petition is to prevent Hertsmere borough Council from developing Newberries Car Park into a Supermarket and an 80-bedroom hotel. The objectives are - To stop the proposed development;- Retain the site as a well maintained car park;- Ensure than any future proposed developments has the prior agreement of the majority of Radlett residents.
