Help Us Shut Down Hermes Helper in Akron, Ohio. They have only been open for 3 years and for 3 years they have been withholding previous employees checks who have been fired or quit. The business is very unprofessional and the CEOs of the company aren’t professional at all.  One of the CEOs is known to tell her Husband (the Co CEO) to hold people checks. This has been going on for 3 years. Further actions have been taken with the Department of Wages and Hours Division. We have been aware that there is a lot of employees that have been mistreated or didn’t receive their pay from this company and it’s been over 15 days which is the amount of time they are given legally to pay an employee. Most people have been fired and they have no care for people and their personal life’s. Firing people because family emergencies, family deaths, court dates, and pregnant women. Also the CEO blocks previous employee to contact her about the check because her husband doesn’t answer. She also say smart and inappropriate remarks to her employees that shouldn’t be said to their employees.
