This places The Tainan City Government in a very precarious position.

In fact, the detective acted similar to Canadian police officers who take justice into their own hands. The result was a complete violation of basic human rights. The foreigner emailed a list of 17 errors Tainan City police made on 7 May 2018 to The Taiwan Association For Human Rights on 29 May 2018.

3) this foreigner requested a lawyer but the detective did not instruct how to obtain free legal council and only gave 4 hours to find one. This foreigner complained that he has no income!
4) the name of the offence was incorrectly translated in English;
5) a foreign affairs police officer named Sophie_Lin did not translate all of the allegations from 江佩樺女士 (Ms._Clare_Chiang) that 吳宗諭先生 (Mr._Zongxi_Wu) read
6) 吳宗諭先生 (Mr._Zongxi_Wu) intentionally took statements from this foreigner out of context;
7) 吳宗諭先生 (Mr._Zongxi_Wu) is ignoring major crimes that 江佩樺女士 (Ms._Clare_Chiang) commits (she was not allowed to hire this foreigner without helping him to restore his reputation in Canada)
8) 吳宗諭先生 (Mr._Zongxi_Wu) assumed true statements to be the crime called libel and not a polite warning
9) 吳宗諭先生 (Mr._Zongxi_Wu) presumed guilt and denied freedom of peaceful speech as a defence argument for most of the allegations
10) this foreigner specifically requested help to begin criminal proceedings against 江佩樺女士 (Ms._Clare_Chiang) and other Sesame Street managers. 吳宗諭先生 (Mr._Zongxi_Wu) specifically said that he would help begin criminal proceedings, but he did not help. This foreigner tried to insist. 吳宗諭先生 (Mr._Zongxi_Wu) made the false promise at least twice.
11) Translator Sophie_Lin laughed loudly after this foreigner requested information to begin criminal proceedings. Sophie_Lin ultimately denied providing the information.

14) Police officer 吳宗諭先生 (Mr._Zongxi_Wu) insisted that the meeting on 7 May 2018 was "well" and not "frustrating".

Why does the government pay police officers who are not willing to fix mistakes before they grow into huge legal nightmares?
19) Police officer Sophie_Lin insisted that this foreigner answer a question differently than the way he desired. Specifically, 吳宗諭先生 (Mr._Zongxi_Wu) asked "Do you know that what you did, was wrong?" Sophie_Lin insisted to answer "No." This foreigner did not say "No". The correct answer is "You are not legally allowed to ask me that question because you can say that I am guilty if I say 'Yes'. You do not understand that I am using the law to correct the law. I am trying to help you, and you are telling me that you think everything that I am doing is wrong. I understand that you are not aware of what you are doing, so I am showing you where your laws are incorrect. You are stopping me from helping you because you are hearing only what you want to hear." Sophie_Lin violated international human rights to answer the question differently than what this foreigner wanted. Sophie_Lin insisted that this foreigner answered, "No." Her answer was inaccurate because the correct answer is: "Not 'yes' nor 'no'--you are asking an illegal question."
