I was present today for your speech. Your dedication to the public is admirable. It is wonderful to have a truly caring individual as leader for 台南市 (Tainan_City). I am in a unique position to help you meet your goal.

You must be aware of the outstanding work of your police officers. They are equally caring. However, as with everything, accidents do occur when police officers try to enact their own justice. This is a problem.
.
Earlier this year, I had an encounter with a police officer in Tainan City. He was a detective. A manager for a large chain of private schools lied to the police officer. The police officer chose to believe the lie and consequently took my statements out of context.
.
The result of the 7 May 2018 accident is now causing a large waste of time in The Tainan District Prosecutor's Office. Specifically, 人上人教育事業集團芝麻街凱仕蘭 (Kidsland_Sesame_Street) is committing fraud. Kidsland managers are now lying in court to hide the fraud.

A lawyer from The Legal Aid Foundation attempted to help. I received a letter to attend the same police station. The letter asked me to attend on 8 Aug 2018 as a witness, but a schedule conflict occurred. My wife helped me to change the time to Aug 6th. When I arrived, the second detective told me his computer was broken. I didn't receive a new date.

I did receive another letter. The letter explained that the Tainan City 1st police precinct is now investigating Kidsland for fraud. Is this true? I tried to tell the first detective this on 7 May 2018, but he refused to listen.

I decided to send both detectives a letter on 13 Dec 2018 with details about the fraud. The letter appears to have been opened, and it was returned. I find this very interesting. The owner of Kidsland is a very old, very wealthy man with undoubtedly many connections through his board of governors. His annual gross revenue is approximately 4.5 million USD, not including the hospital that he also owns.

One manager of Kidsland did warn me that money will not help me in court. Another manager assaulted me on 23 Oct 2018, after telling me that I cannot stand on the road in front of the main branch of Kidsland? The police were called on 23 Oct 2018, but police refused to help me obtain names of managers so I could not begin criminal proceedings. I believe that is internationally known as obstruction of justice. Is it usual for police in Tainan City to obstruct justice? I can give more examples.

In fact, the Labour Affairs Bureau in Tainan City Hall also obstructed justice. On 21 Sept 2018, a lawyer told me that the Labour Affairs Bureau permitted a fraudulent mediation. I asked the Labour Affairs Bureau for help to correct that mistake. Representatives repeatedly referred me to court and requested prosecutors to waste even more time with this matter.

On 24 Dec 2018 I attended court in Tainan City for a related civil court matter. I submitted a short letter to the judge with evidence of perjury. Several managers for Kidsland committed perjury in court on 26 Nov 2018. The judge of the 24 Dec 2018 civil court matter has the choice to allow perjury in court, or to grant me a legal victory.

I recognize you may be surprised by this letter. I am writing because I do very much care about the reputation of Sesame Street Taiwan. Please forgive my poor Chinese.

I am very interested in speaking with you about justice in Taiwan. Justice begins at home. We extend it outward to others with respect. Respect begins with an acknowledgement.

There is a marketing campaign online to help Chinese relations. The outcome will either be extremely beneficial to Taiwan, or--let's think positive.
