Dear Henry McMaster, our south Carolina governor,

please stop the South Carolina confederate holiday costs to taxpayers and state workers.  Other states celebrate it as observed.

It should not be an official paid holiday if many do not agree with honoring the Confederacy.  Not all state businesses and employees agree about the financial promotion of the Confederacy.

We can celebrate it observed
