  1. We, the undersigned community members, patients, and healthcare advocates, are calling on the Board of Directors of Henry Ford Health to review the leadership of CEO Robert Riney and consider requesting his resignation.
  2. Our concerns are based on publicly available information regarding labor disputes and patient-safety transparency, two critical issues that directly affect community trust in healthcare.
  3. This petition is a call for accountability, transparency, and renewed focus on patient care.
