Wind Point Board Meeting 1/15/26

Hello everyone, 

The Village of Wind Point Board will be discussing the idea of leasing Lighthouse grounds to the Johnson/Leipold Keiser Group for the golf course parking lot and clubhouse tomorrow night January 15th at 5:00.  Please take a look at the Village web site for more information.  If you are a Wind Point resident, please attend the meeting if possible or you can zoom in.  You can also write emails to the Trustees prior to the meeting.   A parking lot on Lighthouse grounds would create terrible traffic in the area and would mar the grand landscape of our beloved Lighthouse.  

I created a page called Save the Trees at Shoop Park.  The page just focuses on preventing the destruction of 100 or more trees at the park.  I’ll try to link it to the petition but you should be able to find it with a Facebook search.  Please follow that page ♥️ 🙏 

Lastly, thanks so much for your support and please stay engaged so we don’t lose those beautiful trees and lose the Lighthouse grounds to a parking lot 🌳 ♥️ thank you 🙏
