To date we have raised a total of £56375😀
Invoices paid to Alex's Legal Team total £27,644
This leaves a total of £28,731 available going forward.
The invoices showing those transactions are available to anyone who needs assuring that these funds are being properly handled.
We are still awaiting a Court Date and although this is extremely frustrating for Alex, he is in good spirits as we approach Christmas and the New Year and he is extremely heartened with the continuing support from the Community.
The sooner Medivet are run out of Forest Row, the sooner we can get Alex back.
Once we have a Court Date and Venue, we will mobilise to be there on the day Alex gets his day in Court to achieve justice.
Medivet have a new CEO and you would think he would do the sensible thing and sort this mess out that they have created , but obviously there are still some rotten apples there hindering progress in the hope Alex just goes away and is forgotten.
THIS WON'T BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN AS LONG AS WE CONTINUE OUR QUEST IN RAISING FUNDS TO FIGHT THIS HEARTLESS JUGGERNAUT.
There is a Quiz Night on the 31st January at The Forest Row Social Club (Situated next to Medivet's car park).
This will be the first of several Fundraising events planned for the New Year.
Please phone the Club directly to make your booking. Updates on this will follow early in the New Year.
A number of Raffle Prizes from the Music Event were not claimed as infortunately people left before the final draw. If our group is happy, these will be put into the Raffle for the Quiz Night on the 31st January.
One day when this is over and Alex is back in situ, we'll write a book about how these scoundrels have treated him so that new Vets don't have to go into Partnership with their likes with their eyes closed.
In the meantime, thank you once again to everyone who has donated. We need to keep the momentum going.
