Hoy en día, Cuba está gobernada por una de las dictaduras comunistas más desastrosas de la historia, que ha llevado a los cubanos a una vida sin derechos que no les permite alcanzar la libertad y el pleno disfrute de la vida. Durante décadas, los cubanos amantes de la libertad han intentado todo tipo de lucha para deshacerse del yugo comunista que los mantiene cautivos.

El régimen comunista cubano ha patrocinado y promovido las prácticas e ideas del comunismo, desestabilizando las democracias en varias regiones del mundo.

Los Estados Unidos de América han impuesto sanciones y leyes justas a ese régimen para contener su expansión en el mundo. También ha dado la bienvenida a los cubanos al proporcionar refugio en su territorio a millones de cubanos que han podido escapar de la isla.

En nombre de los cubanos amantes de la libertad, hacemos un llamado al Congreso, al Senado y al Presidente de los Estados Unidos para que nos ayuden a detener el genocidio del régimen comunista en Cuba. Llamamos a la intervención militar para poner fin al régimen comunista cubano. Una vez que este evento liberador ha tenido lugar, los títulos pertinentes de la Ley Helms-Burton se aplican para la restauración de la República de Cuba. La Constitución de 1901, incluida también la Enmienda Platt como garantía de estabilidad y prosperidad para la República de Cuba, los cubanos también piden la incorporación del territorio cubano a la Unión Americana basada en el Artículo IV Sección 3 de la Constitución de los Estados Unidos de América.

Today, Cuba is governed by one of the most disastrous communist dictatorships in history, which has led Cubans to a life without rights that does not allow them to achieve freedom and the full enjoyment of life. For decades, freedom-loving Cubans have tried every kind of struggle to throw off the communist yoke that holds them captive.

The Cuban Communist Regime has sponsored and promoted the practices and ideas of communism, destabilizing democracies in various regions of the world.

The United States of America has imposed sanctions and fair laws on that regime to contain its expansion in the world. It has also welcomed Cubans by providing refuge in its territory to millions of Cubans who have been able to escape the island.

On behalf of freedom-loving Cubans, we call on the Congress, Senate, and President of the United States to help us stop the Communist Regime's genocide in Cuba. We call for military intervention to put an end to the Cuban Communist Regime. Once this liberating event has taken place, the pertinent Titles of the Helms-Burton Act are applied for the restoration of the Republic of Cuba. The Constitution of 1901, including also the Platt Amendment as a guarantee of stability and prosperity for the Republic of Cuba, Cubans also ask for the incorporation of Cuban territory into the American Union based on Article IV Section 3 of the Constitution of the United States of America.
