Medical Amnesty is a law, in Idaho, that protects students seeking medical assistance for alcohol related injuries, i.e. Alcohol Poisoning. This was passed in 2016 but had a sunset clause attached to it that makes it be removed from law in 2019. As the Associated Students of the University of Idaho we are working to ensure that Medical Amnesty is kept alive to protect not only University of Idaho students, but students across our state.
