Consider referral of local law that identifies parameters of the potential Maritime Planned Development District (MPDD). The Planning Board vote supports the consensus of residents. And the comment posted here by former Town Board Member Doug Penny: “I was a life long resident of Hampton Bays, previously served on the Town Board, and was the primary author of the law which has morphed into PDD. This project does not meet the intended criteria” . Today is the last day for public comment as determined by the Supervisor and Town Council.
