Global warming has been a massive problem, gradually getting worse in the past decades. Since the Industrial Revolution, the amount of greenhouse gasses produced has drastically increased, from 1970 to 2004 it has gone up by 70%. Global warming happens due to the number of greenhouse gasses being released into the atmosphere. 76 percent of greenhouse gasses that are emitted into the atmosphere is Carbon Dioxide. The burning of fossil fuels and the use of electricity all contribute to global warming. While eliminating the use of both completely is close to impossible, reducing the amount we use is achievable.
