PLEASE EXPLAIN!
I have questions!
Why is it parents, family and/or carers have found it necessary to go to excessive measures to determine what may be happening to their child or children when they attend school or childcare?
A segment on a Current Affair recently (broadcast 4 December 2023) is an example of something that may be taking place elsewhere – please watch the link below.

In this instance the mother of the child resorted to using a recording device hidden in a hair scrunchie to get information/evidence of what was taking place.
Even though the mother had attempted to speak with the school about the incidents she did not get anywhere. After contact with A Current Affair the mother received a visit from police.
I am aware of people who have/had issues relating to their children in the education system are having conditions placed on them such as, but not limited to, communication restrictions, police called, threatened with legal action, fines, even the possibility of jail time - and what for, for having concerns or asking about their child or children’s safety or wellbeing.
Why has it taken 10 years to remove a teacher from recorded historical child abuse, as the link below shows.

STOP BULLIES - PLEASE!
Outside of the school grounds bullying is known as ‘assault’ and is therefore a criminal offence. However, inside the school grounds the same thing is considered ‘bullying’ and ramifications are quite different.
If there is any doubt of the ramifications and severity bullying has on a child past, present and into the future, and their family, please watch the links below – heart breaking!

Why do children have to be subjected to bullying as shown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBEclWnNVuk
While it cannot be denied there are good and caring teachers, which is appreciated. I would also be remiss not to acknowledge the information provided ongoing, which shows some educators are responsible for abhorrent behaviour towards students and each other - also not forgetting to be aware the students who bully other students – verbally, physically, mentally and on social media is equally abhorrent, with what appears to have limited repercussions.
This questions then what is happening to mandatory reporting and if it is reported what is being done to keep children safe.
I realise it has been a while since I provided an update but I would like to thank all of you who take the time to care, read the updates and sign this petition – please share whenever you can and direct them to look at all our previous updates.
