*URGENT*

We, the undersigned, call on Sage Mill Residential, LTD in Aiken, South Carolina, USA,  to take immediate action to allow for feeding and the rescue of a one-year-old dog on the property, Halo.   She is stranded on private property, owned by Sage Mill Residential, LTD.    

Halo has been on her own since Thanksgiving week, November 2025,  when she pulled out of her collar hours after being adopted by a couple.  She has survived in the elements; the winter in SC, which included 2 Arctic Storms, and a 3”-5” snow storm.  

Overall, Halo is terrified.  However, on the survival side, Halo is a warrior.  She is resilient.  She has exceptional survival senses and skills.  This is why I named her Halo.  

Halo last ate on April 6, 2026.  Yes, Monday,  April 6, 2026.  Three weeks and two days ago.  Can you imagine that? 

Sage Mill Residential, LTD officially called for the cease of ALL RESCUE EFFORTS FOR HALO.   Anyone attempting to feed Halo or rescue Halo on the property would be arrested; myself, Animal Control and anyone else.  

We urge all concerned citizens to share this petition wide and far, so that Halo can be saved.  “Together, we can make a difference.”
