Have you ever wanted something so bad but couldn’t get it well that’s how my sister feels. My sister has scoliosis and she needs surgery but insurance denied it and now my sister can’t get her surgery but this other boy with the same problem got it approved by the same insurance and my sister still won’t get it approved by insurance. Please sign this and once I get enough signs I’m going to show it to insurance and hopefully my sister gets her surgery. She needs the surgery because if she doesn’t get it she could be permanently paralyzed or could have other problems in her life.
