Just to be absolutely clear-  the access road through Mt Tabor Park WILL be constructed.  That cannot change.

The only thing that can be accomplished by this petition is to prevent the access road from becoming a paved thoroughfare for normal ingress/egress of the new Riverwood development phase.

The access road is currently only approved to be gravel, emergency use, and gated/locked for the fire department.  

The damage to the park must be as limited as possible, hence this petition.
