Mrs Wendy is the beloved kitchen manager at our school, EHMS. Mrs Wendy went to school to become a chef and succeeded. Mrs Wendy recently told us in an interview how she isn't the one that chooses the menu and would love to be. She wants the students to help participate in the choosing of the menu to minimize waste and have students eat what they want, she will improve the school lunches and build a better community.
