On September 28th, Billie Eilish, my favorite person in the whole world, liked the viral video of me performing a sex ed parody of her song “WILDFLOWER”, titled “Syphilisflower”, posted to my TikTok account, @hopehasabellyache_ . In 2 days, it gained 7 million views and 1.5 million likes. I have been a Billie Eilish super fan for nearly half of my life. Throughout the past few years, I have had many health scares as a result of my chronic illnesses, missing out on a lot of normal aspects of being a teenager. With every medical procedure or test I have gone through, I have listened to her music to make it through and keep fighting. I’ve turned to her songs to help me cope with my depression, anxiety, and trauma. Her music was there when nobody else was. To put it simply - without Billie Eilish, I would not be alive right now. I have tickets to Billie’s concert on October 25th, 2025 at the UBS Arena in Elmont, New York. I hope to use the momentum I am gaining from my video to be able to meet her after the show. The more people that sign this, the more likely it is that Billie, her family, and/or her team will see this and make my dream a reality. It may seem like a long shot, but if I have learned anything from the success of my parody song, it’s that anything is possible! Love you Billie!
