BOSTON, MA- Tomorrow Saturday March 11th at 2PM @MA State House, the Root Family along with several other families impacted by police violence come together to share their stories. 

CALLING ALL THOSE IN THE BOSTON AREA - Please come and support the families.  They will be joined by the co-founders of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, they are demanding independent investigations when police use deadly force and to end the doctrine of qualified immunity that is often used to shield law enforcement officers from accountability.

Following the march in downtown Boston, Ben and Jerry will provide free ice cream and instructions on how they can build support to end qualified immunity, like signing Impacted Families’ #StrongerTogether petition.

Terrence Coleman (31 years old) — Killed 10/30/2016 by Boston Police
Thomas Purdy (38 years old) from Massachusetts— Killed 10/08/2015 by Reno Police & Washoe County Sheriff Office
Miguel Angel Estrella (22 years old) — Killed 3/25/2022 by Pittsfield Police 
Burrell Ramsey-White (28 years old)— Killed 8/21/2012 by Boston Police
David Woodman (22 years old) — severely beaten by Boston Police 6/17/2008 which resulted in his death 6/29/2008.
Arif Sayed Faisal (20 years old) — Killed 1/04/2023 by Cambridge Police
Anthony Harden (30 years old) — Killed 11/22/2021 by Fall River Police Department
