This shows how unfair the Kuwaití legal system is. The Kuwaitis get a slap on the wrist vs. Americans get max punishment for the exact same crimes, there are 20 Americans serving a unprecedented sentence such as Death penalty, life in prison or 25 yrs, the only difference is that in most of the Americans situation there was a small amount of drugs or no drugs at all found but still our love ones are paying the price of the corruption in the Kuwaiti legal system.
