The consular officers visited Jermaine in prison yesterday.  They say his health was “adequate” but that he was still on meds that made him have headaches.  He has seen a kidney specialist but has not had an MRI.  The prison doctor was on the phone during the visit, and prison authorities were available as well. No appeal date is yet known, and the next consular visit will be mid-November unless an appeal date is set before that time.
