Government reviewing Ofgem & Asking for our £4bn back!

Evening everyone,
Sorry about sending the message out Saturday evening, I've had a couple of people ask me to send a reminder, so here it is.
ACTION: Tell the Government your thoughts of Ofgem
Petition: We overpaid £4bn of profits to network companies on standing charges, we want it back
Compare and Switch: Save £215 on your energy bills with Uswitch
First link above is to my 40 page report on the failings of Ofgem over the last 4 years. I sent this to the Government as a response to their consultation reviewing Ofgem. The consultation closed Friday but the Government are likely to still listen to your thoughts if you reply this week, so please get involved. You can download my report and send it to the government if you agree with what I've said, otherwise you can just email them (email address given in the first link) and tell them your thoughts. We need to do this to get some regulatory changes in place, so please try to get something sent to them this week.
The second link is a new petition I've started. It's been identified that we've overpaid network companies by around £4bn in excess profits over the last years, so I'm calling for Ofgem to give us that money back! Please sign this petition and share it around. On another note, I'm closing two of my other petitions, they've served their purpose and we've done all we can, so I'm going to close them and start focusing on other changes we can make. Thank you to everyone that has supported them, I really appreciate the great work you've all done.
Finally, there are still huge savings available on your energy bills through Uswitch, so please do have a look and cut your bills if you can before the price cap goes up at the end of this month.
Thanks all,
Richard Winstone
The Regulator Guy.
