Hi everyone,
Thank you to everyone who responded to the survey I sent out earlier this week, and an even bigger thank you to those that left such kind comments, I really appreciate it.
I wanted to respond to everyone, but with so many comments (almost 400) it would have taken me far too long, so I have addressed some of the more frequently occuring comments/questions in the video above, I think it's a useful update for everyone to see.
Also, today is the last day to contact Ofgem on their consultation to increase supplier profits, so if you haven't contacted them yet and would like to, please use the link below and follow the instructions, thanks.
