Ofgem reply to complaints analysis

Hi everyone

I'm sure you've all seen that British Gas announced today that their profits in 2022 were over 3 times higher than they were in 2021... I don't even know what to say, it's not surprising, but it is no less infuriating.

Anyway, in case you missed it on my socials, Ofgem have replied to the complaints analysis I sent them at the beginning of this month. The reply was disappointing to say the least, I've immediately responded with my thoughts and put forward further requests from them.

At the bottom of my response to Ofgem I mention that I'll be creating a survey and asking people to complete it. It should only take 2-3 minutes to complete, I'll send you all a link once I've created it, it'll be helpful to send them a proper analysis of how we're all feeling about the current energy crisis and how Ofgem are performing to help protect us.
