Further Explanation of Profit, Headroom and VAT percentages

I also want to announce that we have decided to run the petition until 31 October. Obviously we want as many signatures as possible before then, but if we send it before November we may have a chance of getting Ofgem to review the price cap formula before they finalise the January 2023 price cap, which will be announced near the end of November 2022.
