Whereas the terrorist Mullah's regime occupying Iran is and has been committing Crimes Against Humanity and state-sponsored murders and/or violating human rights in Iran, the Middle East, Ukraine, and many other parts of the world, and considering the current Iranian Woman, Life, Freedom Revolution, protests, and strikes, we, the undersigned, request our Governments and representatives to take urgent and concrete steps to show their support in:

1)    Recognizing the people of Iran’s revolution and calling for Iran’s dictator - Ayatollah Khamenei - and other officials in his terrorist regime to resign immediately

2)    Prosecuting Ayatollah Khamenei and the Mullah’s regime’s officials for crimes against humanity in the International Criminal Court or local Courts, pursuant to rules of universal jurisdiction, following the case of Hamid Nouri in Stockholm District Court in Sweden 

3)    Calling for a referendum overseen by United Nations to be held in Iran for establishing a secular democracy based on universal human rights 

4)    Calling for all representatives of the Mullah’s regime to be expelled from all United Nations bodies 

5)    Designating the entire IRGC, Ayatollah Khamenei, and Mullah’s regime’s oligarchs as terrorists according to terrorism laws and sanctioning them 

6)    Seizing the National Assets that have been taken out of Iran by Mullah’s terrorist regime and their oligarchs, and using these funds to compensate victims of human rights abuses by this murderous illegitimate dictatorship, and returning the remaining funds to the people of Iran in order to advance human rights, restore peace and security, and rebuild Iran and its economy

یاری در برقراری صلح و دموکراسی در ایران

نظر به اینکه رژیم تروریستی ملاهای اشغالگر ایران، مرتکب جنایات علیه بشریت و قتلهای حکومتی و‌ یا نقض حقوق بشر در ایران، خاورمیانه، اوکراین، و بسیاری از دیگر نقاط جهان شده است و می‌شود، و با در نظر داشتن انقلاب زن، زندگی، آزادی، تضاهرات، و اعتصابات فعلی ایران، ‌ما امضا کنندگان، از دولتها و نمایندگانمان تقاضا داریم که اقدامات فوری و عینی جهت نشان دادن حمایتشان از موارد ذیل انجام بدهند

۱) به رسمیت شناختن انقلاب مردم ایران و درخواست برای استعفای هر چه سریعتر دیکتاتور ایران آیت الله خامنه ای و سایر صاحب منصبان در رژیم تروریستی ایشان

۲) تحت پیگرد قانونی قرار دادن آیت الله خامنه ای و صاحب منصبان رژیم ملاها برای جنایات علیه بشریت در دادگاه کیفری بین المللی و یا دادگاه های محلی, بر اساس قوانین صلاحیت قضایی جهانی، طبق پرونده قانونی حمید نوری در دادگاه منطقه استکهلم در سوئد

۳) درخواست برگزاری رفراندوم در ایران تحت نظارت سازمان ملل متحد برای برقراری یک دموکراسی سکولار و غیر دینی بر اساس قوانین جهانی حقوق بشر

۴) درخواست برای اخراج تمام نمایندگان رژیم ملاها از تمام ارگانهای سازمان ملل متحد

۵) نام بردن کل سپاه پاسداران، آیت الله خامنه ای، و الیگارش های رژیم ملاها به عنوان تروریست بر اساس قوانین تروریستی و تحریم کردن آنان

۶) مصادره کردن سرمایه های ملی که به دست رژیم تروریستی ملایان والیگارش هایش از ایران خارج شده، و استفاده از این بودجه برای خسارت دادن به قربانیان نقض حقوق بشر به دست این دیکتاتوری قاتل نامشروع، و برگرداندن باقی این بودجه به مردم ایران برای پیشرفت حقوق بشر، برقراری صلح و امنیت، و دوباره ساختن ایران و اقتصاد ایران
