For one person or a few people to use loopholes within county government to enable the exclusion of any person from living in a beautiful area is still prejudicial and absolutely needs to be treated as such. LDC 17-1186 An amendment to the Land Development Code to implement the Comprehensive Plan Amendment 17-07 which will further deny access to public water and sewer for those owning property along the urban service boundary. An amendment designed to prohibit any type of affordable housing. An amendment initiated by one person who has lied to an entire community and its leaders to fill his own personal, racist agenda. Please help us stop these insane misuses of trust and taxes. Please help us fight to have the same rights as the rest of the taxpayers in Hillsborough County and that of all of Florida.
