Polar bears in the Hudson Bay are starving during the long summer months as the ice they rely on to hunt for food melts earlier each spring and later in the fall due to rising global temperatures fueled by carbon pollution.

Even as polar bears go hungry from the impacts of climate change, greedy corporate polluters are fighting to continue dumping unlimited carbon pollution into our air.

Right now, President Obama has the power to implement pollution limits and stop new coal fired power plants from spewing unlimited carbon pollution.

Help create a better future for polar bears by editing and sending a message to President Obama, urging him to implement limits on carbon pollution from coal-burning power plants.

Letter to
Environmental Protection Agency Lisa P. Jackson
President of the United States
Thank you for your leadership towards reducing carbon pollution and investing in a cleaner energy future for our country. Now is the time to address climate change.

Please finalize the carbon limits for new coal-fired power plants, and move forward on reducing carbon pollution from existing power plants and other sources.

Your leadership is critical to addressing the unfolding climate crisis today.
