My 8 year old granddaughter was sexually abused by Brian Sharp 25 years old at the time.  we did every thing by the book..... Took her to a forensic psycologist and for counseling.  The visit to the forensic psycologist was taped and recorded. After in was put in jail he tried to get one of his inmates to kill us or find somebody that would so we would not make it to trial.  This inmate new everything about my family as to where we lived, what we drove, work, even down to describing her 5 year old brother and name.  THE LAW IS THAT A MINOR HAS TO GO INTO THE COURT ROOM AND TESTIFY IN FRONT OF THE ABUSER, JURY AND ANY BODY ELSE THAT WOULD BE IN THE COURT ROOM.  WITH ALL THE INFO WE HAD RECORED  WHY CAN'T A MINOR AT LEAST GO INTO JUDGES CHAMBER OR SEND THE ABUSER OUT OF THE COURT ROOM.  

PLEASE HELP THE LITTLE INNOCENT CHILDREN THEY ARE ALREADY TRAUMATIZE....

THE ABUSER HAS MORE RIGHTS THAN THE VICTIMS BECAUSE WE COULD NOT BRING UP THE FACT THAT HE REFUSED THE LIE DETECTOR TEST OR IT WOULD BE A MISS TRIAL.  WE COULD NOT EVEN USE THE RECORED TAPE FROM THE INMATE THAT HE TRIED TO HIRE TO MURDER US THAT THE INVESTIGATOR AND SHERIFF CONDUCTED THE INTERVIEW.  

I AM ASKING YOU TO PLEASE CONSIDER MY PETITION AND HELP THE INNOCENT HELPLESS CHILDREN FROM THESE MONSTERS.
